My Anti-Drug
When I'm in need of some sort of mental uplifting, I do a variation of things. Depending on what happened will affect what i need to do to stay calm. For example, my biggest stress reliever is sleeping, sometimes when I'm upset if I allow myself to relax and just rest when I wake up ill feel better or no as bad. But i cant always just sleep so there are other things that help like, just playing notes on my violin usually keeps my mind off of things, just making notes for songs with my earphones on and making music, which I've been doing quite often recently. The last thing that really i guess is my anti-drug overall is just keeping my self busy or dancing, just being able to focus on other things staying positive and just ultimately not focusing on negativity, its not easy to block out things that bother me but most of time time that i do one of these things i learn things about myself, i de-stress then later ill look over what got me upset and i'll try to be reasonable with myself. In other words, talk to myself, I try and keep my self focused, and practical mostly.

An Inconvenient Truth
Firstly, id like to address that climate change has all to do with mankind initiating projects for the benefit of wealth and industrialization rather than the well being of the individuals consumption and most importantly The Earth. I'm not one to be factual but from my personal knowledge I can say that if one day Global Warming were to get out of hand and it became a huge struggle to survive, we have no were left to go. There is no other planet we would be able to migrate to as of now, and frankly we wouldn't deserve to migrate and destroy another planet. We have one Earth filled with the good and the ugly, where countless historical landmarks have occurred and we as morally correct and ethical human beings should be able to recognize that, we should be able to acknowledge our mistakes from the education that we lacked upon Global Warming. But now that we know we are completely responsible for all the climate changes, CO2 impurities, and icebergs melting its time we get rid of our old habits because the changes within time will be much more severe unless we do something about it.
While, we wait and try to procrastinate on something as severe as the possible definite distinction of mankind we are only speeding the process of something horribly wrong happening that could have been prevented.
The Icebergs, huge, probably very tedious to study back in the year 2000 when changes were barely noticeable and meek, up until say the following years when changes were noticed almost immediately, these huge masses of ice which have probably been around longer than humans are beginning to melt! Not because of anything else but the heating of the atmosphere due to all the stresses that we put it through. If the Icebergs melted completely the sea level will rise 20 feet. 20 feet of water that will be huge and destroy millions of homes and ruin resources that are essential to our way of life, causing the Earth to panic from a late reaction that again-COUL HAVE BEEN PREVENTED.
But, its not too late and though we are steadily running out of time, we can slowly but surely change our habits for the benefit of a healthy and well structured Earth.
